All purchases are shipped via courier service. The courier company used to ship your order will vary based on rate. Orders are processed at 10am (AEST) every day. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed within 24 hours of the next working day.
We offer free shipping on all Australian purchases from our store. This includes the cost of return or exchange of items.
Shipping on all international purchases from our store is $25AUD. This does not include the cost of return or exchange of items.
Shipping time will vary based on location, for domestic metropolitan addresses please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery outside domestic metropolitan locations. For international orders please allow at least 5-7 working days. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan locations. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Something Else will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.
Ownership and Risk:
The ownership and risk of damage of your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Cancellation of transaction
If you wish to cancel an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 10am on a business day please notify us via the link above before 10am the following day. We will be unable to process a cancellation of your order if we are not notified of your intention to cancel the order by 10am the following day.
